IF ANYTHING YOU’RE gOING TO BE OVER TIRED AND ready TO GET BACK INTO BED AND FOR the DAY TO BE OVER ALREADY.

TRY CREATING A SLOW AND EASY RITUAL Instead LIKE JOURNALING AND MEDITATION.

STOP SKIPPING THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY! I thought we were all taught at a early age HOW IMPORTANT BREakfast to the body. Having a nice, filling meal in the morning is the fuel you need to start your day a lot more energized. however it’s also important to note that not all breakfast foods are created equal. put the donuts and sugary cereal down and warm up that skillet for some eggs. those sugary cereals aren’t keeping your energy levels up for too long. the body takes longer to break down those healthy fats and proteins unlike those lucky charms! no matter how delicious they are. another key fact you probably don’t want to hear from us … try to wait until later in the morning to start drinking coffee, and opt for some water instead to help keep you hydrated. you’ll thank us in no time.
