Appetizer or Entrée

prosciutto crostini

This beautiful dish is a total preference when deciding appetizer or entrée. For some the size is just right and others walk away wanting more!

Ingredients:

  • Prosciutto: 4 - 5 thinly sliced pieces

  • Baguette: toasted baguette sliced (store bought is great)

  • Arugula: washed, handful

  • Balsamic Vinegar: tablespoon drizzled

  • Burrata: one ball

  • Mint: 2-3 leaves

  • Lemon: peeled

  • Salt / Pepper: to taste

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon

How to make this Recipe:

  1. Start by gathering your ingredients and plate.

  2. Place your burrata ball in the center of the plate.

  3. Start placing prosciutto slices and baguette slices around burrata ball.

  4. Followed by sprigs of mint and arugula around to your liking.

  5. Season dish with salt & pepper.

  6. Finally drizzle your balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil over the dish to your liking.

Chef Notes:

  • When plating this recipe feel free to get creative! Use your favorite bowl or even put this dish on a charcuterie board if it’s large enough!
