what’s in season
winter is officially here, which means a whole new list of produce that’s in season! i’ve recently been traveling to miami, florida a lot for work. sure the weather might feel like summer, but that doesn’t mean those same summer fruits and vegetables are in season. it’s funny because co-workers of mine clearly seem to forget that as well - hearing that their strawberries are either pure white inside or just rotten. no matter the weather, a new season brings new produce. lets get started.
